- 25g GAO Farm Original Cream Cheese
- 1 slice of wholemeal bread
- ¼ Avocado
- ½ tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
- Coriander for garnish
- Prepare the toppings: Slice the avocado into 3 pieces. Remove the pomegranate seeds and set aside.
- Prepare the toast: Take 1 slice of wholemeal bread and toast it for 2 minutes.
- To serve: Spread GAO Farm Original cream cheese on the toast. Next arrange the sliced avocado onto one corner and sprinkle pomegranate seeds.
- Optional: garnish with coriander leaves, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
